Hong Kong…
Two days in Hong Kong didn’t seem nearly enough and they really weren’t …however, seeing what two days cost me, it’s a good thing we left Dodge when we did. Yes, I did a bit of shopping, not much, just enough to make me go oops.
After Delhi, Hong Kong was spotless, efficient and orderly. (And, I am sure it is).
We got into town at 7AM after a four-hour flight and as soon as we checked into our room, I admit…we dove into that comfortable cushy bed and slept. I had my first hot bath in two month…and man that was delicious.
I must say, I loved the buzz in Hong Kong; I loved the lights, the views and the little I did see of it. It possessed that certain hum which special cities have…that hum of a sleepless city bursting with energy.
I look forward to revisiting…
Hi Sweeties! I’m so happy and excited to read all about your fabulous adventures! Wow, what an amazing journey. I love the way you have set up the Relationship Creature site so we can track your daily experiences.
Jeanine was just here for a weekend and I gotta say it was so lame compared to yours LOL. Just hung out at the beach ( now 2 minutes away), the new billion dollar horse track and shopping village filled with trendy shops and bistros (another 2 minutes the opposite way), and finally out on a double date of total culinary and moral destruction ending at the Hard Rock casino. We chatted about you guys and miss you! Don’t forget about boring Florida!!!! Keep well and safe,
Lots of love and envy!
Ruth LOL
